HTMLObjectElement: willValidate property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since December 2018.
The willValidate read-only property of
the HTMLObjectElement interface returns a boolean value that
indicates whether the element is a candidate for constraint validation. Always false for
HTMLObjectElement objects.
